A: For Retail orders, you may buy directly from our website (if you do not find any product, please email us on sales@wbomusic.com)
For Larger orders, send us your enquiry by email to sales@wbomusic.com and we will get back to you with prices and/or details.
A: We offer various shipping options for you to choose from like Post or express couriers like UPS / TNT / DHL or Air/Sea freight. Since we ship large quantities all year round with these couriers, we receive discount on their shipping charges, we happily transfer those discounts to our customers to help them save on shipping. For larger orders, we also use Air freight or Sea (Ocean) freight delivered to your nearest port.
For online purchases from our website, the default shipping is economy. However, if you want to receive the item sooner by express courier, please send us an email for the special request before your purchase so that we can make it possible for you.
A: Economy shipping : Economy shipping is mostly done by DHL ecommerce and by Post. For most of the locations, items sent through economy shipping are delivered in 2 to 6 weeks depending on the location and the time of the year after the item is shipped from our office.
B: Express shipping and Air / Sea Freight: Express shipping can be done by one of the express couriers like UPS,DHL,TNT or similar couriers. It normally takes 2 to 7 days to receive the item after it is shipped.
Payment
A: If you are buying online, you can use the payment method available at the time of checkout. If you are ordering by email, you may pay us by bank wire transfer. Bank details for transfer will be given to you by email.
A: We work hard to keep our customers satisfied. However, in a situation where you find a manufacturing defect in our product, you may send it back to us for a free replacement. The item should be returned in its original packaging to our office within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping and any associated charges is customer’s responsibility. We will try to replace the defective item to you. However in a situation where replacement is not possible, we will refund the cost of the item.
